Ship Response Time Your online order normally ships within 1-2 business days if you are in the continental U.S. and you gave a physical address. During our busiest time of the year - principally during the month of December - shipping is promised within 5 days of order.

UNDERPAYMENT FOR SHIPPING  and the Simplified Shipping Form. The shipping charges listed on the order form are estimates and normally cover the cost of shipping and handling. If your particular order weighs more than two pounds, there may be additional shipping charges. In that event, you will be charged for actual shipping only at checkout. The additional shipping charge will be added when your order is processed for shipping. The total will show on your invoice and a second charge will appear on your credit card statement for the difference.

Domestic  UPS/USPS Standard - "Best Way"

1.) UPS is our preferred carrier because of reliability, tracking and notification. If you give a physical address, your order will probably be shipped UPS and you will receive an email notification upon shipping. Regular ground shipments will arrive in 3-5 business days depending on your location.

2.) If you gave a post office box or rural route, or if you live in Alaska or Hawaii, your package will definitely ship USPS priority mail and arrive in 3-5 business days from ship date depending on your location. We usually ship via USPS once a week.

3.) If you requested "EXPEDITED" shipping and the actual cost exceeds estimate, you will be charged for the extra at time of shipment.\

Canada Due to problems with delivery and customs delays, we will only ship via UPS Standard. At check-out you will be asked to check a box giving your consent to the possibility of paying additional customs brokerage fees upon delivery. We have no control over this apparently random process and will not refund fees or ship costs if the package is refused.

OPTION 1: OTHER THAN U.S. or CANADA.. By checking the box you are agreeing that we will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged-enroute merchandise. The rate of $11, charged at time of order, applies to an order that will fit into a flat rate envelope bound for Europe. Orders that weigh more than 4 lbs. and orders to other destinations will be charged additional, actual rates at time of shipping.

OPTION 2: OTHER THAN U.S. or CANADA.. By checking the box you are agreeing to pay actual UPS international charges with insurance which will generally run $100+. We DO NOT ship overnight to international locations. -- if you would like your order shipped via UPS, we will be happy to calculate charges for you in advance. Just email at mail@7th-house.com  with your proposed order and a request for UPS ship charges and we will reply with an estimate of fees.
